Frequency Filter

I couldn't really figure out the word frequency filter at first. But I finally ran the same paper I used for the autosummary through a frequency filter at www.wordcounter.com
My top ten most used words in this paper and their frequency (while excluding small words like "it," "and," to") are as follows:
